This versatile range includes unique pilot-scale equipment like the Moving Wall Coking Oven and Fixed Wall Coke Test Oven. Designed for precise simulation of industrial conditions, these models provide comprehensive data on coke reactivity, iron ore reducibility, coal swelling, and more.

  • Benchtop-Friendly Layout (≤600 mm tubes)
    Short on space? No problem. For work tubes up to 600 mm, the furnace sits directly above the controller, offering a clean, compact footprint without compromising performance.
  • Split Configuration for Larger Tubes (≥800 mm)
    For longer tubes, the controller is separated from the furnace body—keeping electronics cool and giving you more flexibility in equipment placement.
  • Horizontal or Vertical Operation
    The TF system transforms effortlessly—horizontal for typical processes or vertical for gravity-sensitive reactions. Optional mounting kits make the switch quick and secure.

Ash Fusibility Test Furnace
The CAF G5 enables high-precision coal ash and biomass ash fusibility testing, with digital imaging and full automation. Complies with ISO 540:2008, ASTM D1857, DIN 51730, and other solid recovered fuels standards.

Designed to accurately determine the moisture content in coal, the MFS oven uses minimal chamber volume and operates with regulated air or nitrogen flow.

Features:

  • 210°C max temperature for precision drying
  • ISO and ASTM compliant models (MFS/1 ISO, MFS/1 ASTM)
  • Gas-tight seal and side-hinged door
  • Flow meters for gas monitoring
  • Optional welded steel desiccator and over-temp protection

The VMF furnace is engineered to assess volatile matter in coal samples as per ISO 562:2010 and ASTM D3175-11 standards.
